中医护理联合康复指导对糖尿病患者的效果探究

摘　　要：目的以糖尿病患者为研究对象,研究中医护理联合康复指导模式的临床应用价值,为进一步改善糖尿病患者预后寻找新方法。方法选择该院于2019年2月—2020年3月间收治的106例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序将其分为实验组与对照组。实验组患者接受中医护理联合康复指导干预,对照组患者单纯接受康复指导干预。通过比较两组患者的临床指标,评价中医护理联合康复指导模式的先进性。结果比较两组患者护理前后的血糖指标变化,实验组患者护理后的空腹血糖为(5.94±0.22)mmol/L,对照组为(6.73±0.14)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=22.055,P<0.05);两组患者餐后2 h血糖比较,实验组为(9.06±0.34)mmol/L,对照组为(10.74±0.25)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=28.981,P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的疾病管理能力显示,实验组患者的疾病认知能力、自我管理能力、运动管理能力分别为(13.52±1.44)分、(12.76±1.05)分、(13.09±1.21)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=10.813、11.398、17.182,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者临床护理阶段,采用中医护理联合康复指导模式能够取得满意效果,该护理方法能够加快患者临床症状改善,并强化患者自我保健能力,这对于改善患者预后具有重要影响。Objective Taking diabetic patients as the research object,to study the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with rehabilitation guidance model,and to find new ways to further improve the prognosis of diabetic patients.Methods The 106 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital between February 2019 and March 2020 were selected as the research objects.After the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order in which they were admitted to the hospital,the experimental group received TCM nursing combined rehabilitation guidance Intervention,the control group received only rehabilitation guidance intervention.By comparing the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients,the advancement of the TCM nursing combined rehabilitation guidance model was evaluated.Results The changes of blood glucose indexes before and after care were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the fasting blood glucose of the experimental group after care was(5.94±0.22)mmol/L,and the control group was(6.73±0.14)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=22.055,P<0.05);Comparison of blood glucose 2 h after meal between the two groups,the experimental group was(9.06±0.34)mmol/L,the control group was(10.74±0.25)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.981,P<0.05).The disease management ability of the two groups of patients after nursing showed that the disease recognition ability,self-management ability,and exercise management ability of the experimental group were(13.52±1.44)points,(12.76±1.05)points,and(13.09±1.21)points,respectively.Compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.813,11.398,17.182,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing stage of diabetic patients,the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined rehabilitation guidance model can achieve satisfactory results.This nursing method can speed up the improvement of patients'clinical symptoms and str
