个性化护理干预对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者便秘的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理干预对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者便秘的影响分析。方法随机抽取2018年9月—2019年9月期间该院心内科70例急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者,根据随机数表法,实施分组分为观察组、对照组,每组35例。观察组中实施个性化护理,对照组实施常规护理干预,对比护理效果。结果干预前两组血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排便时间以及排便间隔均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者便秘的影响显著,可降低血糖,改善便秘症状。Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction and diabetes.Methods Seventy patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes were randomly selected from the department of Cardiology of the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.In the observation group,individualized nursing was carried out,and routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group,and nursing effect was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time and interval of defecation were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention has a significant impact on constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with diabetes.It can lower blood glucose and improve symptoms of constipation.
