糖尿病患者进行个性化康复护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者进行个性化康复护理的干预效果。方法选择该院2018年8月—2020年2月期间接诊的糖尿病患者(n=98)为研究对象,根据单盲分组法进行1∶1比例分组。参照组予以患者常规护理模式,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予患者个性化康复护理干预,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行比较。结果研究组患者在血糖指标、舒张压、收缩压的数据分别为(6.27±1.14)mmol/L、(82.26±2.65)mmHg、(81.71±2.64)mmHg,均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者QOL评分明显高于参照组,且SAS评分明显低于参照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化康复护理模式应用在糖尿病患者护理管理中,能够改善患者的血糖水平,有效调控患者收缩压与舒张压,对于促进患者康复具有显著的应用价值。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of personalized rehabilitation care for diabetic patients.Methods The diabetic patients(n=98)admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the groups were grouped in a 1∶1 ratio according to the single-blind grouping method.The reference group was given a routine nursing model for patients,and the research group gave patients personalized rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The blood glucose index,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure of the study group were(6.27±1.14)mmol/L,(82.26±2.65)mmHg,and(81.71±2.64)mmHg,which were significantly lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);study group of the QOL score of patients was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the SAS score was significantly lower than that of the reference group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing management of diabetic patients can improve the patient's blood glucose level,effectively regulate the patient's systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and has significant application value in promoting the rehabilitation of patients,and can be widely promoted.
