摘　　要：目的研究康复护理干预老年糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的效果。方法选择该院2018年5月—2019年5月66例老年糖尿病合并脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组与观察组各33例患者,观察组患者利用康复护理干预,对照组患者利用常规护理干预,调查统计两组ADL评分、护理满意度、FMA评分、NIHSS评分、FSS评分、血糖控制情况。结果对比两组相关数据,观察组ADL评分、护理满意度、FMA评分、NIHSS评分、FSS评分、血糖控制情况均较对照组明显改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预老年糖尿病合并脑卒中患者,各方面康复效果良好,患者满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes and stroke.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,66 elderly patients with diabetes and stroke were selected from this hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.There were 33 patients in the control group and the observation group.The patients in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention.Using conventional nursing intervention in the control group,the ADL score,nursing satisfaction,FMA score,NIHSS score,FSS score,and blood glucose control were investigated and statistics in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the ADL score,nursing satisfaction,FMA score,NIHSS score,FSS score and blood glucose control in the observation group were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes and stroke has a good recovery effect in all aspects and high patient satisfaction,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
