摘　　要：目的了解社区老年糖尿病患者的家庭照护者需求及照护需求满足状况,并探析其影响因素。方法便利选取2019年5—10月江苏社区老年糖尿病患者,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、家庭照护者需求及照护需求满足情况调查表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查。结果在464例社区老年糖尿病患者中,347例(74.8%)需要照护者提供照护;在347例需要照护者中191例(55.0%)至少有一项照护需求未得到满足;Logistic回归分析显示,需要照护者照护的预测因子是:①年龄(OR=1.121,95%CI:1.073~1.171,P<0.001);②自评健康较差(OR=1.917,95%CI:1.149~3.198,P<0.05);③抑郁(OR=1.046,95%CI:1.022~1.070,P<0.001)。照护需求满足的预测因子是:①社会支持(OR=0.939,95%CI:0.900~0.980,P<0.05);②3000元以上家庭月均收入(OR=0.318,95%CI:0.162~0.625,P<0.05);③ADL依赖(OR=2.437,95%CI:1.241~4.783,P<0.05);④抑郁(OR=1.025,95%CI:1.002~1.053,P<0.05)。结论家庭照护需求与年龄、自评健康较差及抑郁有关;照护需求是否满足与社会支持、生活自理状况、抑郁及经济状况有关,是多因素作用的结果。Objective To understand the needs of family caregivers and the satisfaction of care needs of elderly diabetic patients in the community,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods Conveniently select elderly diabetic patients in Jiangsu community from May to October 2019,using self-designed general information questionnaire,family caregiver needs and care needs satisfaction questionnaire,depression self-rating scale(SDS),social support rating scale(SSRS)survey.Results Among the 464 elderly patients with diabetes in the community,347(74.8%)needed caregivers to provide care;191(55.0%)of the 347 needed caregivers had at least one care need not met;Logistic regression analysis showed that the predictors of the need for care were:1.Age(OR=1.121,95%CI:1.073-1.171,P<0.001);2.Self-rated health(OR=1.917,95%CI:1.149-3.198,P<0.05);3.Depression(OR=1.046,95%CI:1.022-1.070,P<0.001).The predictive factors for the satisfaction of care needs were:1.Social support(OR=0.939,95%CI:0.900-0.980,P<0.05);5.The average monthly income of households above 3000 yuan(OR=0.318,95%CI:0.162-0.625,P<0.05);3.ADL dependence(OR=2.437,95%CI:1.241-4.783,P<0.05);4.Depression(OR=1.025,95%CI:1.002-1.053,P<0.05).Conclusion Family care needs are related to age,self-evaluated poor health and depression;whether the care needs are satisfied is related to social support,self-care status,depression and economic status,which is the result of multiple factors.
