摘　　要：美国Pacira公司的布比卡因多囊脂质体Exparel于2011年获FDA批准上市至今已近十年,临床优势明显且取得了巨大市场成功,其与DepofoamTM技术平台成为目前国内外关注的研发及仿制热点。本文从该产品的处方、工艺、临床优势及市场情况四方面进行介绍分析,就Exparel的发展及临床应用做一简单综述。Bupivacaine multivesicular liposome Exparel,owned by American pharmaceutical company Pacira,has been approved by the U.S.FDA for nearly ten years since 2011.It has significant clinical advantages and achieved remarkable market success.Moreover,it has been an imitation and R&D hot spot as well as the DepofoamTM platform it used.This article introduces and analyzes the product from four aspects:formulation,technology,clinical advantages and market conditions,and makes a brief review of the development alone with clinical applications of the bupivacaine liposome injectable suspension Exparel.
