一例艾司奥美拉唑致便血患者精神异常的病例分析

摘　　要：一例78岁老年男性,因黑便7 d并加重1 d入院。先后给予抑酸、止血、营养支持等治疗。用药第3天,患者突发一过性神志躁狂,不辨方向,有攻击性,意识错乱,幻视等精神异常症状,当时未予特殊处理,后症状自行缓解。后用药第5天、第7天、第8天、第9天、第11天患者仍有间断神志躁狂,幻视,遂停艾司奥美拉唑等一切静脉用药,予奥氮平治疗。停药后至出院未再出现精神异常症状。One 78-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with black stool for 7 days and aggravated for 1 day.The patient was treated with acid suppression,hemostasis,and nutritional support.On the third day of medication,the patient suddenly experienced transient madness,no direction,aggressiveness,confusion,and visual abnormalities.No special treatment was given at that time,and the symptoms resolved spontaneously.After the fifth,seventh,eighth,ninth,and eleventh day of the drug,the patient still had intermittent madness,illusion,and stopped all the intravenous medications such as esameprazole,and was given olanzapine.After stopping the drug and being discharged from the hospital,the patient did not have symptoms of mental abnormality.
