摘　　要：蛋白尿是诊断肾脏疾病的重要指标之一。中国古代并没有蛋白尿一词,笔者通过搜集资料,从发病机制、临床表现、临床用药三个角度进行分析,发现“膏”与蛋白尿有一定的关联性,考虑部分医籍中与“膏”有关的记载可作为蛋白尿研究的雏形。Proteinuria is one of the important indexes to diagnose kidney disease.There is no proteinuria in ancient China.By collecting data,the author analyzes the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and clinical medication,and finds that there is a certain correlation between“ointment”and proteinuria,it is considered that the records related to“ointment”in some medical books can be used as the prototype of proteinuria research.
