摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理干预改善老年人腰椎压缩骨折疼痛及生活质量的临床效果。方法选取医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的腰椎压缩骨折老年患者100例,随机分为对照组(给予常规护理)与观察组(给予康复护理干预),各50例。结果观察组患者不同时点的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、生存质量各指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预应用于老年腰椎压缩骨折患者,可减轻患者疼痛感,改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on pain and quality of life of elderly patients with lumbar compression fracture.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,100 elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture were selected and randomly divided into the control group(given routine nursing)and the observation group(given rehabilitation nursing intervention),50 cases in each group.Results The VAS score and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group at different time points(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention applied to elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture can reduce the pain and improve the quality of life.
