扁桃体手术围术期护理的个性化健康教育分析

摘　　要：目的探讨扁桃体手术围术期护理的个性化健康教育。方法选取医院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的扁桃体手术患者72例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各36例。观察组患者给予围术期护理的个性化健康教育,对照组患者常规护理。结果观察组的护理满意率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组术后不同时间点的疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体手术患者围术期护理给予个性化健康教育可减轻患者负担,提升满意度和护理工作质量,可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,促进康复。Objective To investigate the individualized health education of perioperative nursing of tonsillectomy.Methods Totally 72 patients with tonsillar surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given personalized health education during perioperative nursing,while the patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05),the pain scores at different time points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education in perioperative nursing of patients with tonsillar surgery can reduce the burden of patients,improve the satisfaction and quality of nursing work,effectively relieve the pain degree of patients and promote rehabilitation.
