摘 要:针对松软煤层沿顶掘进留底煤巷道条件下的沿空留巷巷道底鼓,提出了一种钢筋混凝土灌注桩加固底板方案。在超前回采工作面巷旁支护体下方钻孔,钻孔穿过底煤至基岩以下约500 mm,钻孔内放入钢筋笼并且浇筑混凝土形成钢筋混凝土灌注桩,待工作面回采后使得巷旁支护体处于灌注桩上方。文章主要依托霍尔辛赫煤矿3605综放工作面柔模混凝土沿空留巷进行工业性实践,通过对沿空巷道围岩的收敛变形量进行观测,没采用底板加固段巷道底鼓量约稳定在350 mm,采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩加固底板后巷道底鼓量约稳定在100 mm。结果表明:钢筋混凝土灌注桩加固底板方案能够有效控制沿顶巷道条件下沿空留巷的底鼓。Aiming at the floor heave of gob-side entry retaining under the condition of soft coal seam driving along the top,a reinforcement scheme of reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile is put forward.A hole is drilled under the support body beside the roadway in the advanced mining face,through the bottom coal to about 500 mm below the bedrock,a reinforcement cage is put into the hole and concrete is poured to form a reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile,the side support body of the roadway is above the cast-in-place pile after the working face is stoped.Based on the industrial practice of flexible form concrete gob-side entry retaining in 3605 fully-mechanized caving face in Huoerxinhe coal mine,through the observation of the convergence deformation of the surrounding rock of the gob-side entry,the floor heave of the roadway in the reinforcement section of the floor is not adopted and the stability is about 350 mm,after reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile is used to reinforce the floor,the floor heave of the roadway is stable about 100 mm.The results show that the reinforcement scheme of reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile can effectively control the floor heave of gob-side entry retaining.
