摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预对咯血患者焦虑与并发症的影响。方法:选取2017年11月至2019年1月在苏州大学附属第二医院急诊综合病房治疗的62例咯血患者为研究对象。采用国际随机字母表法将患者分成研究组和对照组,各31例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上联合心理护理干预。根据焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评估两组患者的焦虑及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,两组患者SAS评分明显下降,且研究组患者SAS评分明显低于对照组;研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能够有效缓解咯血患者焦虑情绪,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effects of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and complications in patients with hemoptysis.Methods:A total of 62 patients with hemoptysis were enrolled in this study,who were treated in Emergency Comprehensive Ward of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from November 2017 to January 2019.The patients were divided into study group and control group by the international random alphabet method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine nursing and the study group underwent psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety score and occurrence of complications of the two groups were analyzed according to the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results:The SAS scores of patients in the two groups decreased significantly after nursing,and the SAS scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention has a significant effect on patients with hemoptysis,which can relieve their anxiety,and reduce the incidence of complications and is worth clinical application.
