摘 要:通过采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、力学拉伸试验机等检测手段,研究了2024高强度铝合金铸锭分别在均匀化温度480℃、495℃和510℃保温8h后经空冷和水冷方式处理后的组织及性能的影响。结果表明,经不同适合的均匀化工艺处理,铸态合金中的枝晶和非平衡低熔点共晶相逐渐溶解,晶界由连续分布逐渐转变呈不连续均匀分布状态。合金经495℃×8h水冷均匀化处理效果最佳,尤其硬度和拉伸性能变化显著,硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率分别为153.4HV、269.8MPa、402.5MPa和10.6%,较铸态合金相比分别提高了43.4%、59.2%、55.3%和132.5%。In this paper,by using metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,mechanical tensile tester and other detection methods,the effects of microstructure and properties of 2024 high-strength aluminum alloy ingot is studied by homogenizing temperature of 480℃,495℃and 510℃for 8 hours,and then air-cooled and water-cooled.The results show that the dendrites and non-equilibrium low-melting eutectic phases in the as-cast alloy gradually dissolve,and the grain boundaries gradually change from continuous distribution to discontinuous and uniform distribution after different suitable homogenization processes.The alloy has the best effect of homogenizing by water cooling at 495℃×8h,especially the hardness and tensile properties change significantly.The hardness,yield strength,tensile strength and elongation are 153.4HV,269.8MPa,402.5MPa and 10.6%,which are improved by 43.4%,59.2%,55.3%and 132.5%respectively,compared with the as-cast alloy.
