摘 要:为研究中低速磁浮交通系统线路智能养护技术及装备,调研了中低速磁浮的特殊线路设备,分析了轨道平顺性指标对磁浮列车的影响,并结合已投入运营的线路运维情况,提出了线路养护的重点内容及周期。基于调研和分析的结论,针对性地提出了磁浮线路智能巡检车、F轨综合作业车、特种作业平台车、智能运维管理系统等磁浮线路智能化养护系列定制装备和系统方案,该自动化、智能化方案能有效提高中低速磁浮线路养护的作业效率,降低人工成本,提高安全性。To study the intelligent maintenance technology and equipment for medium-low speed maglev lines,the special equipment of medium-low speed maglev lines was investigated,the influences of track comfort index on maglev train were analyzed,and combined with the operation and maintenance of the line,the key contents and cycle of line maintenances were put forward.Based on the research and analysis conclusions,series of customized equipment and system schemes for intelligent maintenance were put forward,which included maglev line intelligent patrol operation vehicle,F-rail integrated operation vehicle,special operation platform vehicle,intelligent operation and maintenance management system,and the automatic and intelligent scheme,which may effectively improve the operating efficiency,reduce labor cost and improve the safety of medium-low speed maglev line maintenance.
