摘　　要：目的探讨嗓音系统康复训练对气管拔管后嗓音障碍患者的应用效果。方法随机抽取本院42例患者进行非同期随机对照研究,对照组患者拔管后以健康教育为主。观察组患者在健康教育的基础上进行嗓音系统康复训练,干预措施持续7 d并在干预前、干预第3天、干预第7天对2组患者进行主观听感知评估、嗓音障碍指数评估以及计算机声学参数分析,比较2组患者评估结果是否具有差异性。结果2组患者在干预前相关评估结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),在干预后第3天以及第7天评估结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气管拔管后嗓音障碍患者进行系统康复训练可有效促进患者嗓音康复。Objective To explore the effect of system voice rehabilitation training on voice recovery of trachea extubation patients.Methods We conducted non-concurrent randomized controlled study in 42 patients.Conventional health education was performed in the control group and voice rehabilitation training in addition to health education in the observation group.The intervention measures lasted for seven days.Subjective auditory perception evaluation,voice disorders index evaluation and computer analysis of acoustic parameters were used to compare the intervention effects in the two groups before the intervention,and on the 3rd and 7th day of the intervention.Results There was no difference between the two groups in the evaluations before the intervention(P>0.05),but the evaluation results indicated statistical significance on the 3rd and 7th day of the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion System Voice rehabilitation training after extubation of endotracheal intubation can effectively promote voice rehabilitation.
