摘  要:目的探讨品管圈在降低住院患者扫描式葡萄糖监测系统传感器非预期更换率的应用效果。方法我科于2019年7月成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动查找分析扫描式葡萄糖监测系统传感器非预期更换的原因,确定改善重点,设定目标值,拟定对策实施,对比分析品管圈实施前后扫描式葡萄糖监测系统传感器非预期更换率的差异。结果实施品管圈活动后扫描式葡萄糖监测系统传感器非预期更换率为5.1%低于活动前13.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),目标达成率为125.2%。结论实施品管圈活动对降低扫描式葡萄糖监测系统传感器非预期更换有明显成效,提高了全体圈员的综合能力。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on reducing the unexpected replacement rate of the sensors in flash glucose monitoring system.Methods The quality control circle(QCC)group was set up in July 2019 in our department.Through QCC activities,we analyzed the reasons for the unexpected replacement of the sensors in flash glucose monitoring system.Then target measures were taken and the rate difference of unexpected replacement of sensors was compared before and after the implementation of QCC.Results The unexpected replacement rate of sensors was 5.1%,which was much lower than that(13.8%)before QCC practice(P<0.001).The goal achievement rate was 125.2%.Conclusion The implementation of QCC activities could effectively reduce the unexpected replacement of sensors in flash glucose monitoring system,and improve the comprehensive ability of all circle members.
