摘　　要：本文总结了欧美国家在直升机市场开发、技术创新发展、产品推陈出新、供应商体系建设、产业化布局等方面的举措,分析这些举措在技术、产品和服务方面形成的优势。通过国内直升机市场分析,研究国产直升机在市场竞争中的不利地位,总结原因,是我们对直升机产业长期不够重视而引起的严重后果,在基础技术研究、关键技术突破、型号系列化发展、产业化方案和扶持政策制定与实施等方面都存在严重的不足,本文从国家和产业层面提出建议,制订顶层规划和设计,规划整体发展和布局。This paper summarizes the measures taken by the European and American countries in the aspects of helicopter market development, technological innovation, product innovation, supplier system construction and industrial layout, and analyzes the advantages formed by these measures in technology, products and services.Through the analysis on the domestic helicopter market, research on the disadvantaged situation of the domestic helicopter in the market competition, the reason is the serious consequences are caused by the fact that the helicopter industry has been ignored for a long time. There are serious deficiencies in the basic technology research,key technology breakthrough, model development in series, industrialization and supporting policy. Finally, the paper proposes that top planning and design should be made and designed and overall development and layout be planned from the governmental and industrial level.
