摘 要:针对上海某地源热泵项目地埋管施工引起基坑内管涌事件,结合现场情况,制订处理流程,分析管涌产生的影响要素,得出微承压水层降水深度不足和孔内回填质量缺陷是造成管涌的原因。通过围堰和降水控制水头,利用双液注浆技术封堵漏点,在有限的空间和时间内取得成功,形成一套行之有效、可借鉴的治理方法。In view of the piping incident in the foundation pit caused by the construction of the buried pipe of a ground source heat pump project in Shanghai,combining with the site situation,the treatment process is formulated,and the influencing factors of piping are analyzed. It is concluded that the insufficient dewatering depth of the micro confined water layer and the defect of the backfill quality in the hole are the causes of piping. By controlling the water head through cofferdam and dewatering,and using the technology of double liquid grouting to block the leakage point,it has been successful in limited space and time,forming a set of effective and referential treatment methods.
