摘　　要：通过分析、总结我国国家卫生服务调查的历史资料及相关文献,全面详细地介绍了国家卫生服务调查的前期工作基础和历次调查的背景与主要目的、调查样本的变化、调查内容的稳定性及不同点、特定人群调查对象、调查方法的改变与完善。从保持调查样本的代表性、确保调查内容稳中有新、继续完善和优化调查系统、开展多来源数据整合研究、探索开展人群队列监测研究等方面,进行了深入思考与展望,以期相关科研人员与读者能够对国家卫生服务调查有更为全面、深入的了解。By analyzing and summarizing the historical datum and pertinent literature,this paper introduces the National Health Services Survey from aspects of the preliminary work basis,background,objective,the changes of survey samples,the stability and difference of the survey content,particular respondent,the changes and improvements of survey methods in detail.In terms of maintaining the representativeness of the sample,ensuring the stability and innovation of the content,improving and optimizing the investigation system,conducting multi-source data integration research,and exploring the population cohort monitoring research,thorough thinking and prospects have been put forward to enable relevant researchers and readers to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the National Health Services Survey.
