摘　　要：目的了解60岁及以上老年人口健康状况、卫生服务需求和利用等情况,为改善老年人口生活和健康状况提供依据。方法利用全国第六次卫生服务统计调查数据,用描述性分析阐述不同地区、不同年龄老年人口的健康状况、失能情况、卫生服务利用情况等。结果老年人口以患慢性病为主,其中高血压和糖尿病患病率居前2位,多病共患情况较多,91.8%的患者在医生指导下治疗;以利用基层医疗卫生机构服务为主,87.1%的就诊患者、68.8%的住院患者选择利用县及以下医疗机构的服务。结论加强老年人慢性病管理,进一步完善老年人口健康服务体系,提高基层医务人员能力,满足老年人卫生服务需求。针对老年人多病共患、失能,以及对护理与照料的需求,探索长期护理制度设计,保障老年人的健康权益。Objective To learn about the health status,health service demand and utilization of the elderly people aged 60 years and above,provide evidence for improving living conditions and health status of the elderly population.Methods Using data of China National Health Services Survey in 2018,and using descriptive methods to analyze the health status,disability,health service utilization by regions and ages.Results The elderly mainly suffered from chronic diseases,hypertension and diabetes are the top two in prevalence;multiple diseases are common,and 91.8%of the patients were treated under doctors’guidance;87.1%of patients and 68.8%of inpatients choose to use the services of medical institutions at or below county level.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management of chronic diseases of the elderly population,further improve health services system,and improve the capacity of grass-roots medical staff,to meet the health services’needs of the elderly population.Long-term care system needs to be explored and designed,to cope with the multiple diseases status,disability,needs of home-based care of elderly people,and protect the health rights and interests of the elderly.
