医联体就诊卡向电子健康卡迁移实践

摘　　要：目的落实基于健康二维码的电子健康卡建设理念,探索实践医联体就诊卡向电子健康卡迁移。方法依托医院区域协同信息平台和移动医疗服务平台,确立医联体电子健康卡总体应用架构,设计医联体电子健康卡应用管理系统微服务架构,进行业务流程设计与应用管理系统研发。结果对医联体就诊卡进行统一管理,实现了通过医联体就诊卡管理平台发放电子健康卡。结论通过医联体就诊卡管理平台发放电子健康卡,可以充分利用原有区域协同信息平台实现信息惠民。Objective To explore the migration of medical consortium card to electronic health card.Methods Relying on regional collaborative information platform and mobile medical service platform,the overall application architecture of the medical consortium electronic health card was established,the microservice architecture of the application management system of medical consortium electronic health card was designed,and the business process design and application management system development was carried out.Results Unified management of medical consortium card was carried out,and the electronic medical health card was issued through the medical consortium card management platform.Conclusion By issuing electronic health cards through the medical consortium card management platform,the original regional collaborative information platform can be fully utilized to benefit the people.
