摘　　要：贵州省结合省统筹全民健康信息平台和健康医疗大数据中心建设,探索构建以信息标准为主的基础信息资源管理,构建区域卫生信息标准协同管理平台。从需求分析、建设目标、框架设计、功能模块、应用效果等多角度展开分析,阐述了实现基于省级全民健康信息平台的数据共享交换,实现对异构系统间的基础资源目录及基础标准进行整合,避免重复建设、重复维护、编码不统一等问题,强化国家卫生信息标准的落地应用,为区域建设卫生信息标准协同管理平台提供了借鉴、参考。Combining the province’s overall planning for the construction of universal health information platform and the big data center for healthcare,Guizhou province is exploring the construction of a regional health information standard collaborative management platform based on basic information resource management.This article analyzes from perspectives of demand,construction goal,architecture design,functional modules,application effects,etc.,and elaborates the realization of data sharing and exchange based on the provincial health information platform,and the integration of basic resource catalogs and standards between heterogeneous systems,avoiding repetitive construction and maintenance,inconsistent coding,strengthening the implementation of national health information standards.It provides a reference for the construction of collaborative management platform for health information standards.
