摘　　要：随着国家对公共卫生突发疫情处置的要求越来越高、对处置速度要求越来越快,通过信息化技术支撑应急突发事件管理的需求也越来越迫切。本研究以疾控机构实验室检验检测业务管理为研究对象,全面梳理实验室检测业务,将实际业务需求与先进的实验室信息化技术相结合,分析目前传统纸质业务模式中"母码"与"子码"套用的编码规则所存在的问题,并研究制定适应用于疾控机构实验室检验检测管理的编码规则体系。通过科学、规范、清晰的标准编码,为今后业务的高效协同和数据的有效共享奠定理论基础。With the increasing requirements of the state on the handling of public health emergencies and the faster handling speed,the need to support emergency management by information technology is becoming more and more urgent.Taking the management of CDC laboratory testing business as the research object,this study comprehensively sorts out the laboratory testing business,combines with the actual needs of the laboratory testing business and advanced laboratory information technology,analyzes the existing problems of the encoding rules about"mother code"and"sub code"in the traditional paperbased business model,and formulate a new scientific,normative and clear standard encoding rules suitable for CDC laboratory examination management system which lay a theoretical foundation for the efficient cooperation of business and effective sharing of data in the future.
