摘　　要：通过介绍医院信息互联互通集成平台整体架构,阐述了以智慧医院构建的"5R"模型为建设理论,论述了基于医院信息集成平台,从患者服务的互联化、临床服务的智能化、科研数据一体化、医院管理精细化和区域一体化等5个方面,为实现以物联化、互联化和智能化为核心的智慧医院核心打下基础。结合开展智慧医院建设实践,并从应用效果的角度,分析智慧医院发展趋势,从而实现了医疗信息资源整合与共享,提高了信息利用价值,提升医疗协同服务能力。This paper introduces the overall architecture of hospital’s interconnection and inter-operability integration platform and expounds the construction theory of"5 R Intelligent Hospital Model".Based on interconnection information integration platform,Children’s Hospital of Shanghai focuses on interconnected patients services,intelligent clinical services,integrated scientific research,refined medical management and regional collaboration construction,laying the foundation for the realization of smart hospital with IoT,interconnection and intelligence.Combining with the construction practice of smart hospital,from the perspective of application effects,it analyzed the development trend of smart hospitals,realized the integration and sharing of medical information resources,improved the value of information utilization,and enhanced the medical collaborative service capabilities.
