摘  要:针对增加泥浆泵易损件使用寿命的设计目标,对泥浆泵液力端进行水力学分析,根据MATLAB软件定性分析泥浆泵排出管汇的流量脉动情况,通过Fluent软件设置泵阀处流体边界条件,模拟泵阀处泥浆的流动状态,分析泵阀处泥浆的速度以及对泵阀结构的压力冲击情况,以此改进泥浆泵易损件的结构来提高其使用寿命。最终实现钻进泵的轻质量、大排量、长寿命设计目标,该泥浆泵单位面积水功率密度比2 500型提升20%,比2 000型提升50%,其容积效率优于三缸泵,呈现出更高的性价比。Aiming at the design goal of increasing the service life of vulnerable parts of mud pump, the hydraulic analysis of the hydraulic end of mud pump wascarried out. According to Matlab software, the flow pulsation of the discharge manifold of mud pump was qualitatively analyzed. The fluid boundary conditions atthe pump valve were set by Fluent software to simulate the flow state of mud at the pump valve, and the mud velocity at the pump valve and the pressure impacton the pump valve structure were analyzed, in order to improve the structure of vulnerable parts of mud pump to improve its service life. The water power densityper unit area of the mud pump is 20% higher than that of the 2 500 type and 50% higher than that of the 2 000 type. Under the same pump pressure, itsvolumetric efficiency is better than that of the triplex pump, showing a higher cost performance.
