摘 要:隔振器作为一种典型的非线性隔振装置,具有良好的刚度和阻尼特性。通过合理组件隔振器系统,使隔振器隔振效果大幅度提升,解决了工程中设备受到振动冲击而极易引起损坏的问题。采用牛顿运动定律建立其振动微分方程,运用Routh-Huritz判据对其有效性进行判定,通过Solidworks构建三维模型后,采用Simulation-express建立隔振系统有限元模型,并对其稳态振动特性进行进一步研究。结果发现,在安装了隔振器组合系统后,相比传统隔振器,设备所受振动冲击明显变小,证明所提出隔振器组合系统能够有效保护设备。As a typical nonlinear vibration isolation device, vibration isolator has good stiffness and damping characteristics. Through reasonable assembly of vibration isolator system, the vibration isolation effect of vibration isolator was greatly improved, and the problem that the equipment was easily damaged due to vibration impact in engineering was solved. Newton′s law of motion was used to establish its vibration differential equation, and Routh—Huritz criterion was used to judge its effectiveness. After the three-dimensional model was constructed by Solidworks, the finite element model of vibration isolation system was established by simulation express, and its steady-state vibration characteristics were further studied. The results show that the vibration impact of the equipment is significantly smaller than that of the traditional vibration isolator after the installation of the vibration isolator combination system, which proves that the proposed vibration isolator combination system can effectively protect the equipment.
