摘  要:我国LED显示屏产业的技术基础和水平比较先进,主要产品和关键技术与国际同行业的先进水平保持一致,但工艺水平相对落后,在产品规范化、整机系统设计、可靠性、制造工艺、检测测试手段等方面与国外有明显差距。介绍了LED显示屏的背景、发展趋势及竞争优势,进一步阐述了P1.5高清室内LED显示屏系统的工作原理及P1.5 LED全彩模组硬件电路设计。在硬件原理设计中,以行驱动芯片(STM4953)、列驱动芯片(MBI5041GFN)及译码芯片(74HC138BQ)为核心,通过LED显示电路、行驱动电路、列驱动电路、译码电路等核心电路,辅以信号处理电路、功率放大电路、芯片保护电路、暗亮消隐电路等辅助优化电路,最终实现P1.5高清LED全彩显示屏的电路设计。The technical foundation and level of China’s LED display industry are quite advanced. The main products and key technologies are consistent with the international advanced level of the same industry, but the process level is relatively backward. There is a clear gap with foreign countries in product standardization, machine system design, reliability, manufacturing process and testing methods. The background, development trend and competitive advantages of LED display were introduced, and the working principle of P1.5 high-definition indoor LED display system and the hardware circuit design of P1.5 LED full color module were elaboratd. In the hardware principle design, the row driver chip(STM4953), the column driver chip(MBI5041GFN) and the decoding chip(74HC138BQ) were taken as the core, and the core circuits such as the LED display circuit, the row driving circuit, the column driving circuit, and the decoding circuit were auxiliary optimization circuit such as signal processing circuit, power amplifier circuit, chip protection circuit, dark blanking circuit, etc., finally the circuit design of P1.5 high-definition LED full-color display was realized.
