摘 要:某300 MW机组的分隔屏过热器管与定位块连接处在长时间运行条件下发生泄漏。对泄漏管段进行了宏观形貌观察、成分分析、力学性能测试及金相组织观察。分析结果表明,各管段理化性能均符合标准要求,该过热器管泄漏的原因为由于焊接部位存在应力集中,在循环载荷的影响下产生疲劳裂纹,最终引起管道开裂。Leakage occurred at the junction between the partition screen superheater tube and the positioning block of a 300 MW unit under long-term operating conditions. Macroscopic morphology observation, composition analysis, mechanical property test, and metallographic structure observation were performed on the leaking pipe sections. The test results show that the physical and chemical properties of each pipe section meet the standard requirements. The reason for the leakage of the super-heater pipe is that due to the stress concentration in the welding part, fatigue cracks occur under the influence of cyclic load,which eventually coused the pipes′ broken.
