摘 要:目的:探讨磺胺嘧啶锌软膏联合依诺沙星软膏对烫伤感染小鼠菌落数及愈合的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为模型组、对照组和干预组,均建立烫伤感染模型,对照组采用依诺沙星软膏干预,干预组在对照组用药方法上采用磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗,铜绿假单胞菌检测计数创面菌落,采用H-E染色观察治疗后创面组织病理,酶联免疫吸附检测治疗后炎症因子水平,免疫印迹检测治疗创伤组织结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)蛋白水平。结果:3组治疗1 d时创面菌落计数无显著性差异;对照组及干预组在4 d和8 d创面菌落计数低于模型组,有显著差异;创面愈合率2组治疗1 d时无显著性差异,对照组在治疗4 d和8 d时创面愈合率低于干预组,差异有显著性;每组多个时间比较,愈合率均随着时间增加而升高;干预组愈合时间低于对照组,每组组间相比差异均有统计学意义;对照组创伤组织炎症改善,坏死组织减少,干预组肉芽组织生长活跃,皮肤组织结构较完整,无显著炎症浸润;对照组小鼠血清中白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-10和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平高于干预组,差异有统计学意义;对照组小鼠创伤组织中CTGF蛋白表达低于干预组,差异有统计学意义。结论:磺胺嘧啶锌软膏能够减少烫伤感染小鼠创伤铜绿假单胞菌数量,加快创面愈合,有利于减少组织炎症,疗效较好。Objective:To investigate the effect of zinc sulfadiazine ointment combined with enoxacin ointment on the colony number and healing of scalded mice.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into a model group,control group and an intervention group,and scald infection models were established.The control group was treated with enoxacin ointment,and the intervention group was treated with zinc sulfadiazine ointment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was used to detect and count the colony of bacterial on wound surface.The pathology of the wound tissue after treatment was observed by H-E staining,the level of inflammatory factors after the treatment was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the level of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)protein in the treated wound tissue was detected by Western blotting.Results:There was no significant difference in the counts of wound colonies in the 3 groups after 1 day of treatment.The wound colony counts in the control group and the intervention group in the 4 and 8 d were significantly lower than the model group.There was no significant difference in the wound healing rate between the intervention group and the control group at day 4 but the wound healing rate of the control group was found to be significantly lower than the intervention group at day 4 and day 8.Comparing multiple times in each group,the healing rate increased with time.The healing time of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group.The difference between each group is statistically significant.In the control group,the inflammation of the wound tissue was improved and the necrotic tissue was reduced.The granulation tissue of the intervention group grew actively,the skin tissue structure was relatively complete,and there was no significant inflammation infiltration.The serum levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-10and tumor necrosis factor-αin the control group were significantly higher than those in the intervention group;the expression of CT
