摘 要:民营医院是我国医疗卫生服务体系的重要组成部分,但其发展面临医疗技术、专业人才、社会公信力等一系列因素的困扰。本文总结通策医疗、爱尔眼科、博亚医院、美中宜和4家民营医院的经营经验,构建影响民营医院经营的关键成功要素模型,认为政策分析应对能力、医疗技术能力、人才获得能力、创新管理能力和市场驱动能力,是影响民营医院经营的关键成功要素,它们之间相互关联、互为保障,共同促进民营医院可持续发展。Private hospitals are an important part of medical and health service system in China,but their development is faced with a series of barriers,such as medical technology,professionals,social credibility and so on.This paper summarizes the management experience of Tongce Medical,Aier Eye,Boya Hospital,Amcare and four private hospitals,and constructs a model of key success factors affecting the operation of private hospitals.It is considered that policy analysis and coping ability,medical technology ability,talent obtain ability,innovation management ability and market-driven ability are the key success factors affecting the operation of private hospitals,which are interrelated,guarantee each other and jointly promote the sustainable development of private hospitals.
