摘 要:介绍了依据富锰渣炉冶炼特点,主要分析230 m^(3)以上富锰渣炉从冶炼炉型的理论研究和实验、入炉结构的优化调整、生产指标的对比及渣处理实验等方面进行反复评测和生产实践,拟解决制约大容积富锰渣炉生产结瘤及大渣量处理等瓶颈。尤其为提高和改进富锰渣的装备和技术,适应环保节能要求,应用无料钟炉顶环保设施及富氧喷煤等节能技术,富锰渣入炉结构及工艺要求必须满足大容积炉型的冶炼需求和富氧喷煤的工艺。According to the smelting characteristics of manganese-rich slag furnace,the paper mainly analyzes the manganese-rich slag furnace above 230 m^(3) by means of repeated evaluation and production practice from the aspects of theoretical research and experiment of smelting furnace type,optimization and adjustment of furnace feeding structure,comparison of production index and slag treatment experiment,etc.so as to solve the bottleneck of restricting the production of large volume manganese-rich slag furnace.In particular,in order to improve the equipment and technology of manganese-rich slag,meet the requirements of environmental protection and energy saving,the application of energy saving technology such as environmental protection facilities of the bell-less BF top and injection of pulverized coal with oxygen enriched blast,the feeding structure and process requirements of manganese-rich slag must meet the smelting requirements of large volume furnace design and the process of injection of pulverized coal with oxygen enriched blast.
