延续性4C护理模式对糖尿病视网膜病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性4C护理模式对糖尿病视网膜病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响分析。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月该院收治的70例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表将患者分为对照组和观察组,各35例,分别予以两组患者常规护理方法和延续性4C护理模式,对比观察两种护理模式对患者治疗依从性及生活质量水平的影响。结果干预6个月后,观察组患者的治疗依从性在饮食健康、运动锻炼、血糖检测、眼部自护能力、用药情况、定期复诊的对比中均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分在远视力、移动与光感等4个维度的对比中评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性4C护理模式有助于提升患者的治疗依从性,降低疾病对日常生活的负面影响,从而获得更优越的生活品质。Objective To explore the impact of continuous 4C nursing model on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 35 cases in each group,and two groups of patients were given routine care.Methods and continuous 4C nursing model,comparing and observing the influence of two nursing models on patients'treatment compliance and quality of life.Results After 6 months of intervention,the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in terms of diet health,exercise,blood glucose testing,eye self-care ability,medication status,and regular follow-up visits,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in the comparison of the four dimensions of distance vision,movement and light perception,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous 4C nursing model can help improve patients'treatment compliance,reduce the negative impact of disease on daily life,and obtain a better quality of life.
