六味地黄汤加味治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评析2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者应用六味地黄汤加味治疗的价值。方法纳入该院2019年3月—2020年3月期间接诊的84例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的患者,应用双盲法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例,接受常规治疗方式的为对照组,接受六味地黄汤加味治疗的小组为观察组,将两组2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组骨密度(0.84±0.12)g/cm^2、空腹血糖(5.84±1.25)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.94±1.65)mmol/L和糖化血红蛋白(5.54±1.78)%均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组OC(10.69±1.85)ng/m L、TRACP-5b(4.78±0.45)ng/m L、ALP(76.69±10.89)U/L优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(97.61%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者应用六味地黄汤加味治疗可以取得显著成效,对于改善患者预后具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the treatment value of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in patients with type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis.Methods Enrolled 84 patients with type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis who were admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,42 cases each group,received routine treatment mode as the control group,and the group receiving the Liuwei Dihuang Decoction treatment as the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients with type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis were compared.Results The observation group had excellent bone density(0.84±0.12)g/cm2,fasting blood glucose(5.84±1.25)mmol/L,2-hour postprandial blood glucose(8.94±1.65)mmol/L and glycosylated hemoglobin(5.54±1.78)%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group OC(10.69±1.85)ng/mL,TRACP-5b(4.78±0.45)ng/mL,ALP(76.69±10.89)U/L were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.61%)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis can achieve significant results,which is of great value for improving the prognosis of patients.
