前列地尔及西洛他唑联合中药足浴治疗老年2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔及西洛他唑联合中药足浴治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法分析自2017年1月—2018年1月该科收治的86例老年2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=40),均给予前列地尔与西洛他唑联合治疗, 46例观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用中药足浴治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为93.5%,对照组为82.5%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的ABI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔及西洛他唑联合中药足浴治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效较好,可以有效提高临床有效率,改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil and cilostazol combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods Analysis of 86 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the undergraduate from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method,all of which were given the front row combined treatment of diltiazem and cilostazol,46 patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%and that of the control group was 82.5%.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the ABI of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil and cilostazol combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath have a good effect in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease,which can effectively improve the clinical efficiency and improve the clinical symptoms.It is worthy of promotion.
