紫杉醇药物化疗对合并糖尿病恶性肿瘤的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病恶性肿瘤患者采用紫杉醇药物化疗治疗的效果进行观察。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月期间86例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者,均给予紫杉醇药物化疗治疗,对治疗前后患者血糖水平进行观察,巩固化疗效果。结果治疗前,该组86例患者空腹血糖水平为(8.16±0.39)mmol/L,治疗1个疗程后为(7.04±0.24)mmol/L,治疗4个疗程后为(7.32±0.35)mmol/L,治疗1、4个疗程后,该组血糖水平较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗4个疗程后患者空腹血糖水平高于治疗1个疗程后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用紫杉醇药物进行化疗治疗后,结果显示:患者完全缓解12例(13.95%)、部分缓解43例(50.00%)、稳定21例(24.42%)、进展10例(11.63%),总有效率为63.95%(55/86)。结论采用紫杉醇药物对糖尿病恶性肿瘤患者进行化疗治疗,对患者疾病控制有较好效果,能够对癌症进行抑制,进而改善患者胰岛功能,有利于患者糖尿病的控制,有助于血糖水平的降低,巩固化疗效果,避免引起相关并发症的发生。Objective To observe the effect of paclitaxel chemotherapy in patients with diabetic malignant tumors.Methods A total of 86 patients with malignant tumors and diabetes mellitus from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and were treated with paclitaxel drug chemotherapy.The blood glucose levels of the patients before and after treatment were observed to consolidate the effect of chemotherapy.Results Before treatment,the fasting blood glucose level of 86 patients in this group was(8.16±0.39)mmol/L,after 1 course of treatment it was(7.04±0.24)mmol/L,after 4 courses of treatment it was(7.32±0.35)mmol/L,treatment After 1 course of treatment and 4 courses of treatment,the blood glucose level of this group was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and after 4 courses of treatment,the patient’s fasting level was higher than that after 1 course of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After chemotherapy treatment with paclitaxel drugs,the results showed that 12 patients had complete remission(13.95%),partial remission 43(50.00%),stable 21(24.42%),and 10 patients(11.63%)with a total effective rate of 63.95%(55/86).Conclusion The use of paclitaxel drugs to treat patients with diabetic malignant tumors has a good effect on disease control.It can inhibit cancer and improve the function of pancreatic islets in patients.It is beneficial to the control of diabetes and the reduction of blood glucose levels,to consolidate the effect of chemotherapy and avoid related complications.
