对比分析阿卡波糖与二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的效果

摘　　要：目的对比分析阿卡波糖与二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的效果。方法在2019年1—12月该院收治的糖尿病患者中选取58例,随机分两组,各29例:一组给予阿卡波糖治疗(阿卡波糖组);一组给予二甲双胍治疗(二甲双胍组);对比分析两组患者治疗前后的2 h PG、FPG、TC、TG等相关指标水平以及不良反应情况。结果比较显示两组患者治疗前的2 h PG、FPG、TC、TG等水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的2 h PG、FPG水平阿卡波糖组均显著优于二甲双胍组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TC水平二甲双胍组显著优于阿卡波糖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较显示两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病的治疗中采用阿卡波糖与二甲双胍均具有良好疗效,但两者相较而言阿卡波糖的血糖控制效果更佳。Objective To compare and analyze the effects of acarbose and metformin in the treatment of community diabetes.Methods From January to December 2019,58 patients with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group:one group was treated with acarbose(acarbose group);the other group was treated with metformin(metformin group);comparative analysis of the 2 hPG,FPG,TC,TG and other related index levels and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment.Results The comparison of the results showed that the levels of 2 hPG,FPG,TC,and TG before treatment were not statistically significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);the acarbose group at 2 hPG and FPG after treatment were significantly better than the metformin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TC level of metformin group was significantly better than that of acarbose group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was not statistically significant difference in TG level(P>0.05).The comparison showed that there was not statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Both acarbose and metformin have good effects in the treatment of diabetes,but compared with the two,acarbose has a better blood glucose control effect.
