探讨预见性护理在骨折合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理在骨折患者合并糖尿病护理中的应用效果,并探讨其价值。方法选择来该院治疗骨折的78例患者开展研究,所有患者均在2018年1月—2020年4月期间接受骨折手术治疗,并合并有糖尿病。将78例患者根据接受的护理方法分为预见组和常规组,每组各39例。预见组为预见性护理,常规组为常规护理。将两组患者在护理后的并发症、术前血糖水平、术后各项血糖水平以及护理满意度进行比较研究。结果预见组患者护理后并发症的发生率相比于常规组明显较低,护理满意度明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预见组患者术前的血糖水平与常规组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而术后,预见组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均明显低于常规组,并且血糖波动的幅度小于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在骨折合并糖尿病患者的护理中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效控制患者的血糖,还能够降低并发症发生的概率,患者对护理也较为满意,因此该护理模式值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in the nursing of fracture patients with diabetes,and to explore its value.Methods 78 patients who came to the hospital for fracture treatment were selected for the study.All patients underwent fracture surgery between January 2018 and April 2020 and had diabetes.According to the nursing methods received,78 patients were divided into predictive group and routine group,with 39 cases in each group.The foreseeable group was for predictive care,and the routine group was for routine care.Compared the two groups of patients after nursing complications,preoperative blood glucose levels,postoperative blood glucose levels and nursing satisfaction.Results Compared with the conventional group,the incidence of complications after nursing was significantly lower in the foreseeing group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was not significant difference between the preoperative blood glucose level of the foreseeing group and the conventional group(P>0.05);and postoperatively,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated blood glucose of patients in the foreseeing group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,and the amplitude of blood glucose fluctuation was also smaller than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing has a good application effect in the nursing of patients with fractures and diabetes.It can effectively control the patient's blood glucose and reduce the probability of complications.The patients are also satisfied with the nursing.Therefore,this nursing model is worthy of promotion.
