摘　　要：目的探究对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者实施围手术期护理干预的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年4月该科接诊的62例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据患者入院时间将其分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例),给予对照组患者围手术期常规护理干预,观察组患者则采用围手术期综合护理干预,对比两组患者术后并发症发生情况、空腹血糖水平、住院时间、愈合时间、疼痛情况及对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组患者术后并发症、出院时间、愈合时间指标明显优于对照组,且疼痛程度和空腹血糖低于对照组,对护理服务的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者开展围手术期综合护理,可加速患者切口愈合,有效降低患者术后并发症发生率和疼痛程度,促进患者恢复健康进程,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with perianal abscess and diabetes.Methods 62 patients with perianal abscess and diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the department from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).Patients in the control group were given comprehensive routine nursing interventions,while patients in the observation group were treated with perioperative comprehensive nursing interventions.Postoperative complications,fasting blood glucose levels,hospitalization time,healing time,pain and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative complications,discharge time,and healing time indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the pain degree and fasting blood glucose were lower than those of the control group,and their satisfaction with nursing services was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive care for patients with perianal abscess and diabetes can accelerate the healing of the incision,effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and pain,and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
