泌尿外科疾病并糖尿病围手术期综合护理的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的对泌尿外科疾病并糖尿病患者围术期综合护理的效果进行分析。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月期间96例泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(n=48,围手术期常规护理)与观察组(n=48,围术期综合护理),对两组血糖水平变化、并发症发生情况及护理满意度等进行对比。结果在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平方面,护理后观察组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率对比,观察组(6.25%)低于对照组(29.17%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.649,P<0.05);护理满意度对比,观察组为95.83%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.207,P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理干预措施在泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者护理中应用,对患者血糖水平控制效果较好,可减少相关并发症的发生,对治疗效果的提升有促进作用。Objective To analyse the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with urological diseases and diabetes.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,96 patients with urological diseases and diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into a control group(n=48,perioperative routine care)and an observation group(n=48,perioperative comprehensive care).The group's blood glucose level changes,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results In terms of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group(6.25%)was lower than that of the control group(29.17%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.649,P<0.05);compared with nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than the control group’s 77.08%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.207,P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention measures applied in the nursing of patients with urological diseases and diabetes mellitus have a good effect on the control of patients'blood glucose level,can reduce the occurrence of related complications,and promote the improvement of the treatment effect.
