综合护理在糖尿病足部溃疡患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理在糖尿病足部溃疡患者中的运用。方法选择该院2018年1—10月收治的108例糖尿病足部溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分成常规组与综合组,分别给予两组常规护理及综合护理。对比分析两组的护理效果。结果综合组足部溃疡患者创面收缩时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组血糖控制达标率及创面修复有效率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组护理后生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组护理后焦虑及抑郁评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理用于糖尿病足部溃疡患者,可改善血糖控制效果,加速创面的修复,并缓解其负性情绪。Objective To analyze the application of comprehensive nursing care in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.Methods The 108 diabetic foot ulcer patients admitted to the hospital from January to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a routine group and a comprehensive group,and two groups of routine care and comprehensive care were given respectively.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The wound contraction time of foot ulcer patients in the comprehensive group was shorter than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose control compliance rate and the effective rate of wound repair in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction in the comprehensive group was higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive group's quality of life score after nursing was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive group's anxiety and depression scores after nursing were lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care for patients with diabetic foot ulcers can improve blood glucose control,accelerate wound healing,and relieve their negative emotions.
