社区老年糖尿病应用二甲双胍治疗效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析社区老年糖尿病应用二甲双胍治疗效果及安全性分析。方法选择2018年2月—2019年2月该院收治80例社区老年糖尿病患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组40例采用瑞格列奈治疗,研究组40例使用二甲双胍治疗,对两组治疗效果及安全性进行比较。结果研究组显效47.80%,对照组显效37.50%,研究组治疗总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(4.17±0.32)mmol/L、(7.19±0.37)mmol/L、(5.32±0.58)%,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组头晕、恶心、低血糖等不良反应发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区老年糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍治疗,能改善患者血压水平,还能降低不良反应发生率,应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of metformin in the treatment of elderly diabetes in the community.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,80 elderly patients with diabetes in the community were admitted to this hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.40 cases of the control group were treated with repaglinide,and 40 cases of the study group were treated with metformin.The treatment effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The study group was markedly effective 47.80%,and the control group was markedly effective 37.50%.The total therapeutic effect rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the study group were(4.17±0.32)mmol/L,(7.19±0.37)mmol/L,(5.32±0.58)%,better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of dizziness,nausea,hypoglycemia and other adverse reactions in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metformin to elderly diabetic patients in the community can improve the blood pressure level and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.The application effect is significant,and it is clinically worthy of promotion.
