摘　　要：该文依据危机管理理论,分析危机事件发展过程,认为综合医院在危机应对过程中需建立危机预警系统、危机应对专项基金以及心理预警测评方案,以建立科学、有效的危机管理体系。Effective crisis management should be established in hospitals,which is very necessary.Based on the theory of crisis management,this article analyzes the development process of crisis events,and believes that general hospitals need to establish a crisis early warning system,a special crisis response fund,and a psychological early warning evaluation program in the crisis response process to establish a scientific and effective crisis management system.
