摘　　要：在新时代背景下,公立医院如何创新发展党建工作,充分激发党组织活力,提振干事创业激情,使之成为深化医药卫生体制改革和实现健康中国战略的有力保障,是摆在新时代医院党务工作者面前迫切需要研究和探索的问题。该文将从新时代加强公立医院党建工作的现实意义、目前公立医院党建工作中存在问题及原因分析、创新公立医院党建工作措施等3个方面切人,探索公立医院党建工作的创新模式及途径。In the context of the new era,how public hospitals can innovate and develop party building work,fully stimulate the vitality of the party organization,boost the passion for entrepreneurship,and make it a strong guarantee for deepening the reform of the medical and health system and achieving a healthy China strategy,it is an issue that urgently needs to be studied and explored before party workers in hospitals in the new era.This article will start from three aspects:the practical significance of strengthening the party building work of public hospitals in the new era,the analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the party building work of public hospitals,and the innovative measures of party building work in public hospitals.It will explore innovative modes and ways of party building work in public hospitals.
