摘 要:目的探讨虚实结合教学模式在免疫学开放性实验中的应用策略。方法选取60名临床专业学生随机分为两组,实验组将虚拟仿真实验与真实实验有机融合,对照组采用传统授课模式。比较两组效果。结果实验组实验操作平均成绩(38.34±3.72)分高于对照组(36.10±4.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,实验组93.3%的学生接受和认可虚实结合教学模式。结论虚实结合教学模式改进并优化了以能力培养为核心的实验成绩综合评价体系。Objective To explore the application strategy of combining virtual and actual teaching mode in the open experiment of immunology.Methods Sixty clinical students were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group organically integrated virtual simulation experiments with real experiments,and the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.Compared the effects of the two groups.Results The experimental operation average score(38.34±3.72)points of the experimental group was higher than the control group(36.10±4.58)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that 93.3%of the students in the experimental group accepted and recognized the combination of virtual and actual teaching mode.Conclusion The combination of virtual and actual teaching mode improves and optimizes the comprehensive evaluation system of experimental results centered on ability training.
