论医院党风廉政建设责任制的落实

摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,市场经济结构发生了较大的变化,这也促使市场经济体制在现实中不断的完善,对于医疗卫生单位,这既是一种机遇也是一种挑战,为了能够合理的进行改革,必须对党风廉政建设责任制进行完善。当前,我国的医疗卫生单位在党风廉政建设工作过程中还存在着一些问题,这也直接对党风廉政建设工作的实施产生了阻碍,无法发挥党风廉政建设责任制的作用,在制度建设方面存在着落后的情况。该文分析了党风廉政建设过程中存在的问题,同时结合新形势下的医疗体系现状,提出了医院对党风廉政建设责任制的对策,希望能够对现实有所裨益。With the development of my country’s economy,the structure of the market economy has undergone major changes,which has also prompted the continuous improvement of the market economy system in reality.For medical and health units,this is both an opportunity and a challenge.In order to be able to carry out reforms reasonably,it is necessary to improve the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government.Judging from the current situation,China's medical and health units still have some problems in the process of building a clean and honest government.This also directly hinders the implementation of the building of a clean and honest government and cannot give full play to the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government.According to this,this article analyzes the problems in the construction of the party’s work style and clean government.At the same time,combined with the current status of the medical system under the new situation,the hospital puts forward the countermeasures for the responsibility system of the party’s work style and clean government,it is hoped to be benefited to reality.
