护理安全量化管理模式在神经内科护理管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究并分析在神经内科护理管理工作中使用护理安全量化管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年10月,该院神经内科接诊的80例患者和20名临床护士,将研究人员随机分成研究组(40例患者,10名护士)和常规组(40例患者,10名护士)。通过该院自拟的护理安全量化评价表进行调查,对比实施护理安全量化管理模式前后患者对护理工作的满意度、生活质量评分和病房管理质量评分以及护理人员专业素质情况。结果使用护理安全量化管理模式后,研究组护理人员的优秀率、合格率以及患者对护理工作、病房管理质量的满意度均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用神经内科护理管理模式进行神经内科护理管理工作,能够提高整体的护理质量以及护理效率,显著提升护理人员的职业素养和患者的整体满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of the quantitative management model of nursing safety in the nursing management of neurology department.Methods From July 2018 to October 2019,80 patients and 20 clinical nurses received in the Department of Neurology of the hospital were selected and the researchers were randomly divided into a study group(40 patients,10 nurses)and a routine group(40 patients,10 nurses).A survey was conducted on the nursing safety quantitative evaluation form prepared by the hospital to compare patients'satisfaction with nursing work,quality of life score,ward management quality score,and professional quality of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the quantitative management model of nursing safety.Results After using the quantitative management model of nursing safety,the excellence rate and pass rate of the nursing staff in the study group,as well as the patient's satisfaction with the quality of nursing work and ward management,all increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of neurology nursing management model for neurology nursing management can effectively improve the overall nursing quality and nursing efficiency,and can significantly improve the professionalism of nursing staff and the overall satisfaction of patients.
