老年科病房的现代化护理管理模式的应用

摘　　要：目的探究现代化护理管理模式在老年科病房的运用效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年3月期间在该院进行住院治疗的102例老年患者为研究对象,依据电脑盲选法将上述符合条件的患者分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。对照组实施常规护理管理模式,观察组实施现代化护理管理模式,对比两组患者护理满意度评价及护理前后生活质量评分。结果观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组护理满意度评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年科病房实施现代化护理管理模式能显著提升患者生活质量,患者对护理工作较为认可。Objective To explore the application effect of modern nursing management model in geriatric ward.Methods 102 elderly patients who were hospitalized in the hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the blind computer selection method,the above eligible patients were divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=51).The control group implemented conventional nursing management mode,and the observation group implemented modern nursing management mode.The two groups were compared with the evaluation of nursing satisfaction and quality of life before and after nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of modern nursing management model in geriatric wards can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and patients are more recognized for nursing work,which is worthy of clinical application.
