护理风险管理在乳腺癌化疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在乳腺癌化疗中的应用价值。方法以该院为单位,选取乳腺癌化疗患者80例及护士16名,依据住院时间将其分为两组,将2018年1—6月收治的40例患者作为对照组,实施常规化疗,当出现化疗风险时,实施对症处理;将2018年7月—2019年1月收治的40例患者作为观察组,在化疗期间,制定风险管理流程,识别、预防风险。对比两组投诉、护理缺陷发生情况,另比较护理风险发生状况满意度。结果观察组护理缺陷(2.50%)、投诉(2.50%)发生率相比对照组(20.00%、22.50%),均明显偏低(P<0.05)。观察组化疗期间静脉栓塞(0.00%)、静脉炎(5.00%)、化疗药物外渗(2.50%)等护理风险发生率均低于对照组(12.50%、27.50%、22.50%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌化疗,通过开展风险管理,能强化护士风险认知,减少投诉及护理缺陷发生,提高护理满意度,且有降低护理风险的作用。Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods Taking this hospital as the unit,80 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy and 16 nurses were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the length of hospitalization.40 patients admitted in January and June 2018 were used as the control group,and routine chemotherapy was performed.When there was chemotherapy risk,symptomatic treatment was implemented;40 patients admitted from July 2018 to January 2019 as the observation group,and formulate risk management procedures during chemotherapy to identify and prevent risks.Compare the two groups of complaints and the occurrence of nursing defects,and compare the occurrence of nursing risks and staisfaction.Results The incidence of nursing defects(2.50%)and complaints(2.50%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(20.00%,22.50%)(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk of venous embolism(0.00%),phlebitis(5.00%)and chemotherapy drug extravasation(2.50%)during chemotherapy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(12.50%,27.50%,22.50%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group with nursing work was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy,risk management can strengthen nurses'risk awareness,reduce complaints and nursing defects,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce nursing risks.
