中医护理管理制度对风湿患者用药依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医护理管理制度对风湿患者用药依从性的影响分析。方法选取2017年3月—2019年4月该院风湿病护理人员18名、风湿病患者142例为研究对象,依据时间前后对照组为2017年3月—2018年3月18名护理人员(进行常规管理)、患者71例,观察组为2018年4月—2019年4月的18名护理人员(进行中医护理管理制度)、患者71例,对比两种不同管理方式下患者用药依从度和整体管理质量。结果观察组患者护理依从度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风湿病患者进行中医护理管理时可有效提升患者用药依从度和护理质量,有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the influence of TCM nursing management system on the compliance of rheumatism patients.Methods From March 2017 to April 2019,18 nurses in the hospital with rheumatism and 142 patients with rheumatism were selected as the research objects.According to the time period,the control group was 18 nurses from March 2017 to March 2018(routine management),71 patients,and the observation group included 18 nursing staff(under the TCM nursing management system)and 71 patients from April 2018 to April 2019.Compare the compliance and overall management quality of patients under two different management methods.Results The nursing compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s nursing quality score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's incidence of events was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing management for patients with rheumatism can effectively improve the patient's medication compliance and nursing quality,which has clinical application value.
