产科病区实施护理风险管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产科病房中实施护理风险管理的价值。方法选择2019年1—12月产科418名孕产妇作为研究对象,随机分常规及风险管理组各209名,常规组进行产科常规护理,风险管理组进行下列护理措施:建立产科护理风险管理小组、加强孕产妇家属和对护理知识认知、提高产科护士业务能力、准确全面规范化产科护理记录、增强产科护士风险防范意识。结果风险管理组护理人员三基考试(94.28±2.24)分、专科操作(95.10±1.98)分、工作能力(93.76±2.77)分、风险防范(92.98±3.09)分、孕产妇护理满意度(98.22±0.67)分高于常规护理组的(87.28±7.54)分、(86.37±8.27)分、(88.28±6.17)分、(84.39±9.22)分、(93.28±3.98)分(t=4.140、4.250、3.970、4.390、3.770,P<0.05);护理不良风险事件发生率0.96%低于常规护理组的5.74%(χ2=7.390,P<0.05)。结论产科由于工作的特殊性,护理工作难度较大,存在较多的风险因素,通过实施护理风险管理,可提高产科护理质量,降低产科护理不良风险事件。Objective To explore the value of implementing nursing risk management in obstetric wards.Methods A total of 418 pregnant women in obstetrics from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and 209 pregnant women in each of the routine and risk management groups were randomly divided into the routine group for routine obstetric care,and the risk management group for the following nursing measures:establish an obstetric care risk management team,strengthen the family members of pregnant women and their cognition of nursing knowledge,improve the professional ability of obstetric nurses,accurately and comprehensively standardize obstetric nursing records,and enhance the risk prevention awareness of obstetric nurses.Results The three basic examinations of nursing staff in the risk management group(94.28±2.24)points,specialist operation(95.10±1.98)points,work ability(93.76±2.77)points,risk prevention(92.98±3.09)points,and maternal care satisfaction(98.22±0.67)points,higher than(87.28±7.54)points,(86.37±8.27)points,(88.28±6.17)points,(84.39±9.22)points,(93.28±3.98)points in the routine care group(t=4.140,4.250,3.970,4.390,3.770,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse nursing risk events was 0.96%lower than that in the conventional nursing group(χ2=7.390,P<0.05).Conclusion Due to the special nature of the work,the nursing work in obstetrics is more difficult and there are many risk factors.Through the implementation of nursing risk management,the quality of obstetric care can be improved and the adverse risk events of obstetric nursing can be reduced.
